    摘要:

    中国特色社会主义新时代,刑法学教学必须将“四个自信”深植学生内心,其中,道路自信为中国特色社会主义法治道路 是刑事法治的人间正道;理论自信为必须以马克思主义理论指导刑法立法、司法和学术研究;制度自信为“管用”是我国刑法的 底气;文化自信为中华优秀传统法文化在现行刑法中的再现是文化自信的源泉。教师应当不断挖掘、充分利用这些资源,在课 堂教学中,在法条文义解释、立法目的阐释、刑法史追溯、案例讨论等各个环节,以各种形式潜移默化地影响学生的思想,将“课 程思政”的要求落实落细!

    Abstract:

    In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the teaching of criminal law must help instill "four self-confidences" deep into students' heart and mind. Self-confidence in our socialist course represents as China's socialist rule of law being the sole correct course our criminal law should follow; self-confidence in Marxist theory represents as our criminal law legislation, judicial administration and academic study must be guided by Marxism; self-confidence in our political system represents as effectiveness is our criminal law's basic strength; self-confidence in our culture represents as superior traditional Chinese legal culture is embodied in our current criminal law, and serves as sources for cultural self-confidence. Teachers should constantly explore and make full use of these resources to influence students imperceptibly in various forms whenever they give classroom lectures, explain law clauses, interpret legislative goals, review criminal law history, and discuss law cases, so as to implement a thorough policy of "ideological and political education in all courses".
