凉山州政府提出了“实施旅游精品战略，全力打造四川旅游发展次中心”的旅游发展战略，通过对凉山旅游发展情况的全面调查分析，提出了凉山打造“四川旅游发展次中心”的具体策略。

Abstract:

Liangshan state government proposed the tourism development strategy of "implement the tourism products strategy, build the Sichuan tourism development sub center". Through the comprehensive survey and analysis of the development of Liangshan tourism, the specific strategy is proposed by Liangshan to create a "Sichuan tourism development sub center."
