    摘要:

    教学能力是教师专业发展的核心问题,只有教师的教学能力得到提升,其专业发展才能不断提高。民族地区乡村教师教学能力的提升关系到民族地区教学质量的提高,它对于整个民族地区的教育具有重要影响。通过分析当前民族地区乡村教师教学能力提升在专业发展动力与意识不足、提升路径不畅通和教师教学能力提升内容不全面等方面存在的困境与影响因素,提出有效的实践路径,如:激发民族地区乡村教师能力提升内驱力、设计适合受训教师的培训内容、强化民族地区乡村教师文化回应能力以及提升民族地区乡村教师专业发展意识,从而促进教师的专业发展。

    Abstract:

    teaching ability is the core issue of teachers' professional development. Only when teachers' teaching ability is improved, their professional development can be improved continuously. The improvement of teaching ability of rural teachers in ethnic areas is related to the improvement of teaching quality in ethnic areas, which has an important impact on the education of the whole ethnic areas. Through the analysis of the difficulties and influencing factors in the promotion of rural teachers' teaching ability in ethnic minority areas, such as the lack of professional development motivation and awareness, the unimpeded promotion path and the incomplete content of teachers' teaching ability, this paper puts forward some effective practical paths, such as: stimulating the internal driving force of rural teachers' ability promotion in ethnic minority areas, designing the training content suitable for the trained teachers, and strengthening the national competitiveness In order to promote the professional development of rural teachers, it is necessary to improve the cultural response ability of rural teachers in minority areas and enhance their awareness of professional development.
