    摘要:

    课堂教学管理是高校教学工作顺利开展的保障。一流本科教育需要一流的课堂教学管理。而我国高校课堂教学管理工作中存在课堂教学管理观念滞后、教学目标设定固化、教学课程设计主观、教学实践培训不足、教学考评标准虚化等现实问题。对此,高校课堂教学管理改革必须坚持学习中心、能力驱动和结果导向,推动课堂教学管理理念更新,教学目标设定出新,课程体系设置创新,教学实践培训革新,教学考评标准谋新,以此来提高课堂教学质量,促进高校发展。ꎮ

    Abstract:

    Classroom management safeguards effective teaching in colleges and universities. First-class undergraduate education requires first-class classroom teaching management. However, there are some practical problems in the management of classroom teaching in colleges and universities in China, such as the backward concepts of classroom teaching management, rigidity in setting teaching objectives, subjectivity in curriculum design, the lack of teaching practice training, and unsubstantial teaching evaluation standards. In this regard, the reform of classroom teaching management in colleges and universities must adhere to the learning-centered, competence-driven, and outcome-oriented principle, encourage upda ted classroom teaching management concept, renovate teaching objectives, innovate curriculum system, reform teaching practice and training, and improve teaching evaluation standards, so as to raise the quality of classroom teaching and advance the development of colleges and universities.
