    摘要:

    高校后勤是高校服务体系不可或缺的组成部分,后勤人员在为教学、科研、师生服务的同时还承担着育人的重要责任,对 大学生成长成才发挥着不可忽视的重要作用。随着社会经济的快速发展,对高校后勤的管理提出了更高的要求,通过对转型 背景下高校后勤服务育人现状的审视,提出高校后勤服务、育人功能实现的条件和方法,以促进高校后勤的转型发展。

    Abstract:

    As an indispensable part of college operation system, logistics personnel also bear important responsibilities for educating students as well as serving teaching, scientific research, and teachers and students, and play an important role in college students’growth and success. With the rapid development of social economy, higher requirements for college logistics management have been set down. Through a review of the current situation of logistics management and students education against the background of college function transformation, this paper proposes the conditions and approaches for the realization of college logistics service and education function, aiming to promote the transformation and development of college logistics.
